How to do Shoulder Shrug's VIDEO 05

HI, and welcome to page five, this is our 5Th exercise form All-For-Body-101


For people who do not know about us allforbody101, we are a online free weight training assistant here to help everyone with there problem's and questions to do with getting fit and bulking up. see description page for more (link at bottom). 


This is Video is called  How To Do Shoulder Shrug's 


This exercise follows the stiff leg dead lift and is difficult exercise to get your technique correct and remember your technique is very important this is why we made a detailed video showing you how to do it. 


This exercise works your upped body, mainly shoulders and back this is why it is essential to keep you back straight, legs a shoulder width apart and hands placed inline with your hips to get a good posture and grip. for more grip try and buy some leather gloves these also prevent blister's. 


If you have read the other pages, you would know that we do not recommend a amount of weight because every one is individual in strength muscle and body weight, so we say a weight witch is comfortable for you make sure you have a weight that is not to light and you can do multiple reps, have a weight that makes you feel the pressure but not so your struggling, you want to be doing about 3-6 reps and then be hitting muscle failure for 10-15 seconds 


As Always be safe try and make sure when your doing your workout session to try and have a friend or family member there to watch over you even the best in the world have a spotter 
remember have fun keep your back straight pick a good weight for you
